We all get lazy sometimes! It's inevitable, right? You just want to kick back and take a load off and not deal with all of the work and tasks and chores and responsibilities you have to do. So when do these periods of laziness occur astrologically? 6 astrology transits that can create laziness:
The first and most obvious occurs for all of us, and that's when the Moon is void-of-course. The Moon is called void-of-course when it makes its last major aspect to another transit (moving) planet in the sign it's currently traveling, and it ends when it enters the next sign.
Void-of-course periods can last for minutes to over a day, and during this time, we can all slow down and need time to rest and reflect. It's usually a good period to catch some zzz's! On a personal level, you can experience a lazy day when you have transit Sun, Mercury, or Venus conjunct, square, or opposite your natal Venus, 2nd house ruler or cusp, or natal Jupiter, or Venus conjunct, square, or opposite your natal Sun, Moon, 1st house cusp or ruler. The energy of Venus and the 2nd house is that of slowing down, enjoying the moment, and lazing the day away. Jupiter can have pretty lazy energy as well, and the 1st house and Sun rule the self in general while the Moon rules your emotional self. So any of these coupling can create a day when you'd rather stay in bed, in your pajamas, binge some ice cream, and get nothing done. When the transit Moon is in your 12th house, you may experience a 2-3 day period where you'd rather take a step back and get some rest. The 12th house rules sleep as well as the hidden, and the Moon in the 12th house often makes us feel a bit rundown and in need of a break from everything, so we can often feel lazier than usual. Transit Jupiter squares and oppositions can also produce laziness, but this can last a little longer, 1-2 weeks. During this period, it can be difficult to get anything done at all because you feel really good and really lazy, and may lack the motivation to get moving. Lazy Jupiter usually translates into a lack of motivation and drive. Long-term laziness can come with transit Saturn, Uranus, Neptune or Pluto square or opposite your natal Venus, Jupiter, or 2nd house ruler or cusp. Their aspects last for longer periods (a couple months to a few years), so we can really lack energy and motivation and be ultra lazy. These periods can be out least productive periods if we don't find some motivation. If you simultaneously have a Mars transit or a transit to one of the angles (1st, 4th, 7th, or 10th house cusps), this can help to combat the lack of motivation. Progressions can also bring out laziness with the progressed Sun, Moon, Mercury, or Venus square or opposite your natal Venus, Jupiter, or 2nd house cusp or ruler, and these aspects will last for a few months. These aspects can traditionally show periods where the break is needed, so the laziness may be a manifestation of just needing the break. On November 5th, Mercury enters fellow fire sign Sagittarius, and you can come up with big ideas, work on plans for expansion and exploration, and focus on the bright side of life. The Sun joins Mercury in Sagittarius on November 21st, and you can feel your best when you’re expanding your life in new ways, having new experiences, and exploring the world. Pisces is the sign that rules intuition, and this can play out not only in your natal planets, if you have any in Pisces, and not only with your natal Neptune position, the natural ruler of Pisces, but also with the house cusp in your natal chart that has Pisces on it. That house gets some of that Pisces intuition, and it's one where you can - and likely should! - trust your gut, your inner guide, because it's strong there. This can be slightly complicated if the house cusp is anaretic (29 degrees Pisces) or at a critical degree (4 or 17 degrees Pisces), and you may have to work through insecurity before being able to fully access the intuitive energy (but once you do, you actually have even more intuitive energy than everyone else does!). But I don't have a house cusp with Pisces on it!
If you don't have a house cusp with Pisces on it, that means Pisces is intercepted, fully contained within the house that has Aquarius on the cusp, and that can make it more difficult to access. There's usually a block involved that needs to be removed before you can use the energy.
But subconsciously, the intuitive energy can be much, much stronger for you, and learning to trust your instincts can prove to be a powerful helper in your life. Do note that if you use Whole Sign or Equal House systems, there are no interceptions with those. The Pisces Houses

November's full moon occurs on the 4th at 12:23AM ET in Taurus. The Taurus full moon is generally one that's less emotional, and wants us to be more grounded and calm. We can see what's happening and not be quite so affected by it. But when we do get upset, we can get stuck in it, and calming down can be quite difficult. That's when chocolate comes into play! The Scorpio new moon can be more intense than your average new moon, and whatever sparks our interest, we can be passionate and obsessed about. When we dive into something, we can go fully, all or nothing, and it can be a great time for anything that requires complete and total dedication and intense passion. It may not be so great for anything that we feel is superficial or that lacks depth though, and we may have less patience for that. We want to be able to dive deep and have plenty to discover on our way to the core. We can be more researching and investigating, so we may see something hidden revealed, some mystery solved, something dark brought to light (something Russian, perhaps?). On a personal level, this can come out in the areas of life ruled by the house the new moon occurs in with your own chart. Scorpio rules transformations, so this is a great time to get one started.
