Asteroid Amor soon moves from slow and steady Taurus to mental Gemini! How does this impact the asteroid of romance? About Amor in Astrology
Amor is an asteroid in astrology, and there are tens of thousands of asteroids, and each connects to something different. Many are simply names, but some like Amor connect to specific energies.
In the case of asteroid Amor, this is the asteroid of romantic love. Amor shows how we express love and romance, and in transit, we can see this via the Zodiac sign Amor is touring, and the natal house it's touring in your natal chart. Asteroid Amor in Gemini 2024
With Amor in Taurus, love was more grounded, steady, reliable and loyal, though slow to get into. Gemini wants to pick up speed, and bring communication into the mix.
Amor in Gemini says, speak up about how you feel! Gemini rules communication, so use your words. Talk about your romantic feelings, write love letters, listen to love songs, read romance novels, and let your mind roam with romance. With Gemini ruling communication, we may find that communication in general is more pleasant and it's easier for us to express ourselves in sweet ways, no matter what we're focused on. This is a great time for writing, speaking, teaching, and learning in general. We can also bring this romantic view to everything in our lives, and our outlook can be rosier. This can help us become more optimistic, and we can open up options in our lives. We can enjoy using our minds, and want to keep our minds busy and active with new ideas and new plans. Words can mean more to us, but in a sweet way rather than a paranoid way. Gemini rules our neighborhood, community, siblings, and cousins, so we can also have an easier time dealing with neighbors, and might do work in our communities to improve them, especially aesthetically. We can enjoy time with siblings and cousins, and those who we have that type of relationship with. Amor spends an extra amount of time in Gemini thanks to a retrograde period entirely in Gemini. A body is called retrograde in astrology when it appears to be moving backward through the Zodiac, and this can throw the energy of that body off. With Amor, we may have difficulties expressing romantic feelings, and can keep our mouths shut about them. We may struggle with creative focus at times, and expression in general can be challenged in some way. The turn retrograde begins October 29th 2024 at 29 degrees Gemini, and is especially interesting for two reasons: one, it's anaretic (there are 30 degrees in every sign, and 29 degrees is the last degree and called the anaretic degree; this is supercharged energy and can be challenging with retrogrades, so struggles can be strong at the start of this retrograde, yet we can also feel more drawn to expression in some way; and two, another love asteroid, Cupido (asteroid of crushes and infatuations), turns retrograde just two days later at 28 degrees Gemini, so less than 1 degree apart! Suffice it to say, that is a challenging time for love, romance, and crushes (maybe avoid getting married at that time, ha!). BUT with Gemini and retrogrades connecting to karmic connections, we could see more Twin Flame reunions and soulmate connections being made. The retrograde ends on January 29th 2025 at 6 degrees Gemini. While in Gemini, Amor will conjunct (align with) Mars on August 2bd 2024, and this can increase energy and drive toward expressing love, romance, and being affectionate, creative, and inspired. Amor will also conjunct Jupiter in Gemini on September 3rd 2024 (at 23 degrees), December 14th 2024 (at 19 degrees with Amor retrograde), and March 2nd 2025 (at 12 degrees). Jupiter expands energy, so it can expand on romance and expression of love and creativity. The one challenging aspect is Amor square Neptune on October 11th 2024 and November 20th 2024, with both at 27 degrees (Pisces for Neptune). Hard Neptune brings foggy energy, so we may have issues with seeing problems with expression, creativity, romance, and love. Something is getting in the way of us being realistic about it, or is outright hiding it from us. We may have some karmic issues to work through, and some old baggage likely needs to be released. Amor tours Zodiac sign Gemini for about almost 9 months, from July 9th 2024 - April 7th 2025. Asteroid Amor in Gemini for the Zodiac Signs

Suggested Reading: Transit Asteroid Amor in the Houses & Aspects In predictive astrology, we have something called a Return. When the transit (moving) planet or body returns to the exact position it was at when you were born, you experience a Return for that planet/body. Solar Returns, where the Sun returns to the exact position it was at when you were born, and Saturn Returns, where Saturn returns to the exact position it was at when you were born, are likely the most known and commonly used. You can create a chart for the moment of a return, and that chart can give indications of how the return will impact you. The return chart is in effect until that planet/body returns again. Returns are significant for whatever the Return planet or body rules. In addition to a Return, you can also experience an Opposition. In the case of an Opposition, the transit planet or body returns to the exact opposite position it was at when you were born. You can create a chart for the moment of an opposition just like with a return, and that chart also gives indicators of how the opposition will impact you, and is in effect until the planet/body opposes again. The schedule for an Opposition is about the same as for a Return so you experience a Solar Opposition once each year (about six months from your birthday), a Lunar Opposition once each month (this is for the Moon; it's about 2 weeks from your Lunar Return), a Mercury and Venus Opposition about once each year (up to 3 times if it'll retrograde over the opposition position; this is about 5-6 months from your Mercury or Venus Return), a Mars Opposition about once every 2 years (up to 3 times if it retrogrades over the opposition position; this is about 1 year from your Mars Return). a Ceres Opposition about once every 4-5 years (about 2-3 years from your Ceres Return), a Jupiter Opposition about once every 12 years (about 6 years from your Jupiter Return), and a Saturn Opposition about once every 28-32 years (about 14-16 years from your Saturn Return). The Opposition occurs roughly halfway between your Returns, so it's a midpoint from one Return to another. That makes it a time to check in with that planet/body, and to see how you're progressing with it. You can look back to the previous Return, and look forward to the next one, and make adjustments with the Opposition. You can interpret an Opposition Chart on its own, as well as in concert with the Returns Charts before and after it. Just like with a Return Chart, the most important planet or body in an Opposition Chart is the body itself. The sign will be the exact opposite of where it is for you natally, and this brings attention to a blind spot in some ways. Balance is required with oppositions, and we need to work on making sure we're not ignoring anything. The house in the Opposition Chart the planet/body is located gets more attention, and the areas of life it rules may require you to see something you've been missing. Much like with Return Charts, you can assess what the other planets and bodies are doing as well, and the story they're telling with the Opposition. It'll be significant when any planet or body is conjunct an angle (Ascendant, Imum Coeli, Descendant, Midheaven), or when the North Node is conjunct a planet/body or house cusp (the very beginning of a house). That can get a lot of attention for where you have to pivot, assess, or push through progress. If your Opposition planet/body is conjunct anything in the Opposition Chart, that'll get the most focus and likely make the Opposition extra important at the time. It can act as a catalyst for developments and trigger events. Whatever its conjunct gets the main focus and is where energy is directed. What does this Saturn retrograde mean for us? Saturn in Astrology
There are 10 major planets in astrology, excluding Earth and including the Sun and Moon, and each rules something different and has its own energy. Saturn is the planet of restriction, responsibility, and lessons, and in your natal chart, can show how and where you have lessons to learn in your life, and can feel restricted until you do.
in transit, moving Saturn can bring limitations and lessons in the areas of life ruled by the house in your natal chart it's touring, and to natal planets it's aspecting. Work to learn the lessons, and work within limitations in order to get through, otherwise it can become more limiting. If you want to dive deeper into Saturn, check out the article, All About Saturn in Astrology. What is retrograde in astrology?
Bodies are called retrograde in astrology when they appear to move backward through the Zodiac. Normal motion is forward, so retrograde motion tends to throw things off.
With Saturn, its retrograde period tends to double down on the restrictive energy, and we have even less options than usual. We can feel this restriction strongly, and get frustrated by the lack of options. Saturn Retrograde 2024: June 29 2024 @ 3:06PM ET/12:06PM PT
Saturn goes through another retrograde period in Pisces, and it was retrograde in Pisces in 2023 as well. Saturn in Pisces is a time of great focus on the past, baggage, karma, subconscious issues, and what we hide. Saturn retrograde can make these things more challenging if we're not trying to work through them at all. If we work with Saturn and do things the right way and for the right reasons, we can understand and grow. But, it can take time, so we usually don't see things turn around right away. Brush up on Saturn in Pisces with the blog article.
The retrograde starts widely trine (beneficial aspect, four signs away) transit Venus in Cancer and widely sextile (beneficial aspect, two signs away) transit Mars in Taurus and Ceres retrograde in Capricorn. These are all beneficial aspects, so the start of this retrograde can be helpful in many ways. With Venus, we can work together and get help with working through issues; with Mars, we have the energy and drive to push through; and with Ceres, we can find new ways to use resources or get support that helps us. Beyond the planets, the retrograde also begins opposite asteroid Juno, the asteroid of committed love, so we may see some struggles with commitment to people, partnerships, agreements, and arrangements at the start of the retrograde. It's important we work on any underlying issues, otherwise Saturn might expose them and make them worse. Interestingly, Saturn retrograde is bang on conjunct (aligned with) asteroid Pholus under 1 degree (super close!). Asteroid Pholus is the beginning of something major that can seem small at the time but leads to something significant. It's like the first domino falling. As we work through issues, we might experience a breakthrough or realization or learn something new that doesn't seem like a big deal initially, but leads to us making huge changes and personal growth eventually. Something might come out of nowhere with this Saturn retrograde, something unexpected or unusual, that can have a lasting impact on our lives. It may seem small, or even negative at the start, but opens up our lives in a whole new way. This can focus for you personally on the areas of life ruled by the house 19 degrees Pisces falls in your natal chart. Be on your toes, and watch for anything sudden, unexpected, unusual, or even small popping up. Saturn Retrograde 2024 Aspects
The Saturn retrograde starts at 19 degrees 26 minutes Pisces, so the major aspects are 16-22 degrees of:
Conjunction: Pisces Sextile: Taurus, Capricorn Square: Gemini, Sagittarius Trine: Cancer, Scorpio Opposition: Virgo Look through your natal chart and see if you have any planets or bodies located between 16 and 22 degrees of these signs. The aspect will be very strong for you right now, and can be through about August. Suggested Reading: The Transit Saturn page for general interpretations of transit Saturn in the houses and aspects, and the articles Surviving Transit Saturn in the Houses and How to Survive Hard Transit Saturn to the Personal Planets One important part of relationship astrology analysis is using synastry, where you compare the natal charts of the people in the relationship and see how they interact with one another. Synastry can show the effect each person has on the other. It can be very strong when one person's natal planet conjuncts (aligns with) the natal planet of another person. Those planets really tie the two people together in some way, and we often see strong connections between people who share Triad signs (Sun, Moon, or Rising signs). But some of these conjunctions can be quite challenging, and that usually is the case when one person's natal Saturn, Uranus, Neptune, Pluto, or Chiron is conjunct the Sun, Moon, Mercury, Venus, Mars, Ceres, Ascendant, or Lunar Nodes of the other person. Keep in mind with synastry that it's what I do (my natal body) to you (your natal body). Also keep in mind that if both people have worked on their issues and lessons, these difficult manifestations may not happen. Saturn Conjunctions in Synastry
Saturn is the planet of restriction, limitation, and lessons, so when Saturn is forming the conjunction in synastry, it tends to be restrictive with whatever the body is it's conjuncting. This is deeply uncomfortable, and the person whose natal body is being conjuncted by Saturn can feel the other person limits them in some way. This kind of connection is one you'd expect to see with a controlling parent and controlling partner (Saturn) in bad instances.
With the Sun, it restricts who the person is; with the Moon, is restricts emotional expression; with Mercury, it restricts communication and understanding; with Venus, it restricts affection and love; with Mars, it restricts energy; with Ceres, it restricts support; with the Ascendant, it restricts the outward appearance; with the North Node, it restricts potential; and with the South Node, it restricts healing. Uranus Conjunctions in Synastry
Uranus is the planet of change and the unexpected, so when Uranus is forming a conjunction in synastry, it tends to create for some unpredictability that can lead to chaos with whatever body it's conjunction. One person or the other can feel that this connection is unsettling, too difficult to get a grip on, and that the other person is a hurricane in their lives.
With the Sun or Ascendant, one person may seem incredibly chaotic and unable to calm down; with the Moon, this is emotional instability; with Mercury, this is challenging communication; with Venus, this is unpredictable love and commitment; with Mars, this is impulsive and argumentative; with Ceres, this is sudden lack of support; with the North Node, this is chaos getting in the way of potential; and with the South Node, this is chaotic baggage. Neptune Conjunctions in Synastry
Neptune is the planet of illusion and delusion, is karmic in nature, and at its base, dissolves. When Neptune is forming a conjunction in synastry, it can make for difficulty seeing things as they are, delusion, or one person (usually the Neptune person) blocking the light of the other.
With the Sun or Ascendant, one person may cause the other to fade away, obscuring them from others; with the Moon, this can cause emotional delusion; with Mercury, lack of logic in the relationship and being a bit delusional; with Venus, forgiving way too many faults and not holding each other to account; with Mars, taking away drive; with Ceres, one person draining all support from the other; with the North Node, one person causing the other's potential to fade or be hidden; and with the South Node, this can be deep baggage that spans lifetimes. Pluto Conjunctions in Synastry
Pluto is the planet of transformation, and governs power and control. When Pluto is forming a conjunction in synastry, it can create power struggles and control problems with whatever is being conjuncted. There can be a bit of warfare in this connection, and it can seem like one person wants to control the other.
With the Sun or Ascendant, one person may try to exert their will on the other, forcing submission; with the Moon, this can be powerful emotional strife and struggles; with Mercury, this can be a clash of minds; with Venus, this can be passionate but one may dominate the other in the relationship, and be manipulative; with Mars, this is super passionate but it can become too heated, even violent and dangerous; with Ceres, one person may control the resources; with the North Node, one person may dominate the potential of the other; and with the South Node, this can indicate long-standing fights and difficulty letting anything go. Chiron Conjunctions in Synastry
Chiron is the wounded healer in astrology, and connects to our greatest wounds, but also our healing abilities. When Chiron is forming a conjunction in synastry, this connection can directly impact our wounds, trigger traumas, and help or hurt with healing. Good Chiron heals while bad Chiron wounds deeper.
With the Sun or Ascendant, one or both people can be wounded by this connection; with the Moon, this focuses on emotional trauma; with Mercury, on mental trauma or difficulties with expression; with Venus, on relationship trauma and baggage; with Mars, focus on difficulties with taking initiative; with Ceres, there can be lack and challenges with support; with the North Node, there can be issues with realizing potential healing; and with the South Node, old wounds and baggage get triggered in a big way. A New Moon occurs when the transit (moving) Sun and Moon are in the exact same position in the Zodiac (called a conjunction). New Moons are related to beginnings, have high energy, and are enthusiastic.
What is a Full Moon?
A Full Moon occurs when the transit (moving) Sun and Moon are in the exact opposite positions in the Zodiac (called an opposition). Full Moons are related to endings, culminations, and are emotional energy.
New Moon in Cancer: July 5th 2024 (6:58AM ET/3:58AM PT)
The Cancer New Moon tends to be a nice time emotionally as Cancer is the sign the Moon naturally rules. This helps to put us at ease emotionally, and we can feel more emotionally stable and secure. This allows us to utilize the energy of the New Moon for new pursuits that we connect with emotionally and feel emotionally driven to pursue.
Cancer is the ruler of the home and family, so we can focus more on home and family matters. This can be a time to work on projects at home, plan for family gatherings, visit family, or make changes to your living situation in some way. You can get back to basics, or back to your roots. Cancer is the very bottom of the Zodiac, so it relates to internal foundations. The Cancer New Moon can help us strengthen ourselves internally, and we can naturally feel more secure. This is also helpful for starting something from the ground up, and this can be something that reaches a peak or achieves success in about 6-9 months. The Cancer New Moon is opposite transit (moving) Ceres in Capricorn, who is also retrograde (appearing to move backward). Ceres is a dwarf planet ruling nourishment, support, and resources, and this has been thrown off since Ceres retrograde began in mid-May. The Cancer New Moon might aggravate issues, and it can feel like they're out of our control. We have to work on being more flexible so we don't make things worse. This also directly ties into the previous and the next Full Moons, both of which occur in Capricorn, the sign Ceres is retrograde in. This brings big focus on issues with governments, corporations, institutions, the status quo, and those in positions of power. It's a critical time midyear for this. On a personal level, you may have to challenge something in your life that has always been the same way, and needs to change to improve your life. The New Moon occurs at 14 degrees 23 minutes Cancer. The aspects to the New Moon are: Conjunction: 12 degrees 23 minutes - 16 degrees 23 minutes Cancer Sextile: 12 degrees 23 minutes - 16 degrees 23 minutes Taurus or Virgo Square: 12 degrees 23 minutes - 16 degrees 23 minutes Aries or Libra Trine: 12 degrees 23 minutes - 16 degrees 23 minutes Scorpio or Pisces Opposition: 12 degrees 23 minutes - 16 degrees 23 minutes Capricorn Full Moon in Capricorn: July 21st 2024 (6:17AM ET/3:17AM PT)
This is the second consecutive Full Moon in Capricorn as the June Full Moon was also in this earth sign. This means the energy of the June Full Moon ties into this one, and developments related to that Full Moon continue into July with this Full Moon. We have extra focus on seeing results and culminations, and wanting to achieve with something. Responsibilities can weigh more, and we have to be smart, ethical, and work within the limits we have, and maintain discipline and focus no matter what. Anything that we haven't done in the right way and for the right reasons can come crashing down on us during this period, and we have some serious work to do to fix things. On the flip side, we can see rewards for what we have done right and for the right reasons, and this can be motivating.
With Ceres retrograde, we continue with focusing on issues related to nourishment, support, and resources. There can be major focus on lack in some way during this time in the world (like lack of food = famine, lack of water = drought, etc.). Support can be challenging to get when needed, and we may have to do things on our own and be more self-sufficient. But we may put too much on our shoulders as a result, and then comes the crushing weight. We have to be realistic and rational about it all, and not demand more from ourselves or others than is actually possible, while working toward what is in a methodical, disciplined way. Whatever the issues are likely began to apex with the previous Full Moon on June 21st. This Capricorn Full Moon in July is extra strong because it occurs at the anaretic degree. There are 30 degrees in every Zodiac sign, and the last degree is 29 degrees. This is called the anaretic degree, and it's supercharged energy that tends to be crisis energy with transits like this. So, the issues that are coming up might reach a frenzy with this Full Moon, and we're extra stressed out, overwhelmed, and need a break. It's important that we work to keep doing things the right way, for the right reasons, and are being smart. It's easy with this hard energy to throw in the towel and just let it all go haywire, but that's not the right move. Set yourself up to come out of this period stronger and better positioned by pushing through correctly. The Capricorn Full Moon is trine (beneficial aspect, 4 signs away) transit Neptune in Pisces, who is also anaretic at 29 degrees Pisces. This is a helpful aspect, which is desperately needed with how hot all of this energy is! We can benefit from connecting to our intuition and trusting our inner guides with Neptune. We can also benefit from utilizing imagination and creativity with everything we do to make more progress and get more control. And, we can benefit from releasing karmic baggage, subconscious baggage, and early life baggage, and it can be a good time for therapeutic work. Make note of the houses in your natal chart where 29 degrees Capricorn and 29 degrees Pisces fall, as the areas of life those houses rule can work well together and help you out with this Full Moon. If you have any natal bodies located at 29 degrees of any Zodiac sign, their energy gets triggered, so work on doing something beneficial with whatever they rule. The Full Moon occurs at 29 degrees 9 minutes Capricorn. Aspects to the Full Moon are: Conjunction: 27 degrees 9 minutes - 29 degrees 59 minutes Capricorn Sextile: 27 degrees 9 minutes - 29 degrees 59 minutes Scorpio or Pisces Square: 27 degrees 9 minutes - 29 degrees 59 minutes Aries or Libra Trine: 27 degrees 9 minutes - 29 degrees 59 minutes Taurus or Virgo Opposition: 27 degrees 9 minutes - 29 degrees 59 minutes Cancer Since this Full Moon is late in Capricorn, out-of-sign aspects may be felt (as if it were in the next sign, Aquarius), but in a more subtle and/or subconscious way. The out-of-sign aspects are: Conjunction: 0 degrees 0 minutes - 1 degrees 9 minutes Aquarius Sextile: 0 degrees 0 minutes - 1 degrees 9 minutes Aries or Sagittarius Square: 0 degrees 0 minutes - 1 degrees 9 minutes Taurus or Scorpio Trine: 0 degrees 0 minutes - 1 degrees 9 minutes Gemini or Libra Opposition: 0 degrees 0 minutes - 1 degrees 9 minutes Leo Suggested Reading: The New & Full Moons page for general interpretations by house and aspect Transit, or moving, Neptune is currently touring water sign Pisces, and has since 2011. Neptune is an outer planet, along with Uranus and Pluto, and the outer planets are considered generational planets because big groups in a generation have them in one sign. Each of these three planets move slowly, taking their time to move through the Zodiac, so a range of years have them in the same sign, grouping people together. Transit Neptune in Pisces aligns almost perfectly with Generation Alpha. This generation is said to start 2010-2012, and last until next year, 2025. Since Neptune entered Pisces starting in 2011, I'd guess the start time for Alphas is 2011, and Neptune begins to leave Pisces next year in 2025, so that is likely the correct end year, and we're looking at 2011 to 2025 for Alphas. The previous generation, Gen Z, went from about 1995 to 2011, however only the first half of that generation has a planet at home, Uranus in Aquarius. These are the 1995 to 2003 babies, and those born 2004 to 2010 don't have an outer planet at home. I suspect that the first half of Gen Z who have Uranus at home in Aquarius will feel more like their previous generation Millennials, who have Pluto at home in Scorpio. Uranus/Aquarius and Pluto/Scorpio have similar energy that jives well and focuses on changing things up in big ways. Meanwhile the latter half of Gen Z has Uranus in Pisces, so I suspect the second half of Zoomers will end up connecting more to Alphas, who have Neptune at home in Pisces. I said in the Gen Z article that it seems like they'll be split in half, and maybe a new microgeneration pops up. So, Alphas will relate a lot to their Uranus in Pisces Gen Z counterparts, and likely follow their lead. Alphas who have an older sibling, or perhaps an older cousin or neighborhood kid in that Uranus in Pisces group, will likely admire them a LOT and emulate them. Uranus in Pisces celebrities and influencers may have more impact on Alphas. Millennials are largely the parents of Alphas, so it's interesting that essentially the entirety of both generations have an outer planet at home, and both are water with Scorpio and Pisces being water signs. This does give some connection between them, though Millennials are far more intense (Scorpio!), while Alphas are more likely to get caught up in imagination and the beyond. Scorpio is into magic and the taboo, so Millennial parents might be more open-minded with that. However, Scorpio can also be more closed when stubborn and impractical, and those Millennial parents might stifle Alpha abilities. The Millennial parent of an Alpha child needs to lean more into the emotional depth of understanding Pluto in Scorpio can give them to properly raise the more sensitive, empathetic Neptune in Pisces Alphas. The Defining Moment for the Neptune in Pisces Generation
This generation is too young, still being born, so we don't actually know what the defining moment will be. I said for the Uranus in Aquarius generation, it's likely the COVID-19 pandemic, which disrupted their entrance into adulthood, and that for the Pluto in Scorpio generation it was likely both 9/11 and the Great Recession. Each links to their respective generations, as Uranus in Aquarius is a science ruler as well as has wide-reaching impact, like the global pandemic; Pluto in Scorpio is a ruler of war and violence (9/11), as well as a money ruler (recession).
What will it be for the Neptune in Pisces generation? It likely ties into what Neptune in Pisces rules, so some possibilities to come would be: - something with religion (rules spirituality) - something with illness (rules infection) - something with toxins (rules poisons) - something with water (rules water) - something that has been hidden and is revealed, or that we've been delusional about and wake up with (rules illusion, delusion, the hidden, the subconscious) - some sort of exceptionally cruel event (rules compassion so can be opposite) - some sort of major ending (Pisces is the last sign of the Zodiac) - the base energy of Neptune is to dissolve, so something where there's a dissolution iPad Kids & the Neptune in Pisces Generation
One thing we hear about kids today is that they're being "raised by iPads" - they're given iPads and iPhones at super young ages with little-to-no supervision, and being exposed to absolutely terrible things online that they aren't mature enough to handle.
What's concerning is this is an incredibly impressionable generation. Neptune in Pisces rules mimicry, and struggles with boundaries. Which means these kids will grow up mimicking what they're being exposed to, and will be vulnerable to being manipulated by what they're consuming (social media influencers are likely only going to grow in power over this generation who eat up everything they say and do whatever they're told by those they admire). The tech takes the place of the parent, and this is a generation that likely feels like they were abandoned, if not physically, at least mentally and emotionally (at least when they get older and realize it). The Follower: The Downside of the Neptune in Pisces Generation
I already mentioned this generation is incredibly impressionable, easily swayed and manipulated, vulnerable to those they admire, and struggles with boundaries, so one of the biggest downsides to the Neptune in Pisces generation is they're more easily taken for a ride. We're likely going to eventually learn of massive grooming that is happening with them, and they may be at greater risk of falling for predators.
Neptune/Pisces may get stuck in delusion and imagination, and believes people are better than they actually are. Convincing them otherwise can be a huge challenge when they're in complete denial. It's much like a member of a cult - telling them they're in a cult doesn't work. Learning some deprogramming could be a good thing. There is similarity with their Uranus in Aquarius counterparts, who may also be more susceptible to things like cults, though for a different reason (Uranus/Aquarius rules groups, and they're likely looking for their people, a place to belong, and have difficulty breaking hive mind thinking). For Neptune/Pisces, it's a lack of strong boundaries more than anything, and this likely starts at the onset at home without real parental guidance. Neptune/Pisces is incredibly compassionate and empathetic and understanding, but this leaves them vulnerable to deception by those who can use that compassion, empathy, and understanding against them without healthy boundaries. They will probably be victims to narcissists more, especially narcissist parents (with Pluto in Scorpio showing potential for narcissism). Elevate: The Purpose of the Neptune in Pisces Generation
Neptune in Pisces is highly spiritual, creative, intuitive, and imaginative. It connects to the beyond, something beyond the physical, beyond the past and present and future, beyond space and time.
The main purpose of the Neptune in Pisces generation is to elevate humanity. Take us beyond what we can see and touch. For some, this may mean pursuing spiritual ventures, and we're likely going to see a lot of this group become spiritual gurus and leaders. For others, this may mean pursuing creative ventures, and the next group of world-changing artists can come out of this generation. If they can create healthy boundaries, their compassion, empathy, and understanding can also be a force, and we may see more of them involved in groups and ventures to help others and the world. Neptune/Pisces wants to get personally involved, so they may take up more volunteer work and actively participate in doing good at the front lines instead of in a comfy office or fancy fundraiser. The Pluto in Scorpio generation is the past and present, focusing on dissecting the wounds and understanding the trauma that led to where we are in order to find solutions and transform so we don't repeat the past mistakes. The Uranus in Aquarius generation is the future, focusing on what's possible, what we can build for many years to come, and making changes to create the dreams we hope for. The Neptune in Pisces generation is, in some ways, the realization of the hard work of those two previous generations. It's the potential of the transformations and changes, it's what's possible when we've solved big problems and dared to hope. I do wonder with the Neptune in Pisces generation about two groups, one being the group that also has Chiron in Pisces. These are the 2011-2018 babies, so the first half. Chiron is our greatest wounds, but also our healing abilities. This group will likely suffer from very deep wounds and be incredibly vulnerable; for some, this may lead to a permanent victim mindset, but those who avoid that can develop incredible healing abilities, and have probably the most compassion of any group born in centuries. This group may be more likely to go into healing work of some kind, whether spiritual or medical. The other group is the ones being born now with Saturn also in Pisces. Saturn entered Pisces last year, in 2023, and lasts until early 2026, so the last years of Neptune in Pisces. Saturn is, in many respects, the opposite of Neptune/Pisces. Neptune/Pisces is imagination and creativity and the beyond; Saturn is practical, responsible, and limited. The kids born now may feel that their natural Neptune/Pisces energy is stifled somehow, for some reason, and their Saturn Return (when transit Saturn returns to the exact position it was at when you were born) will be crucial for them, and likely brings a lot of challenges. They need to find a way to be both realistic without stifling their imagination, to merge the tangible with the intangible. This is something they'll have to face in about 30 years (2052-2055). Pluto will end up moving to Pisces in about 20 years, in 2043 (until 2066), and the Neptune in Pisces generation will be in their 20's and 30's at the start. This can move power to them, and they can become much more important on the world stage at that point.
