The Saturn-Pluto conjunction of 2020 occurs on January 12th 2020 at 11:59AM ET (8:59AM PT), and is at 22 degrees 46 minutes of Capricorn. Mercury and the Sun are also conjunct the two planets (Mercury on the 12th, the Sun on the 13th) at 22 degrees Capricorn, so we've got 4 planets super close together! In Capricorn, this focuses on goals, ambitions, and direction. Work on long-term plans for your goals, do things the right way and for the right reasons so you can make progress, and lay a solid foundation for the rest of the year.
