July is a busy month for all of us! To start the month of July, Mercury ends his retrograde in air sign Gemini on the 1st. A planet is called retrograde when it appears to be moving backward from our view here on Earth, though it isn’t actually moving backward, it just appears that way, and it can throw things off in your life. During the month of June, you could have seen problems at home or with your family, had experiences that troubled you at your very core, had a hard time communicating with others, got some bad news, or had difficulty with technology, young people, and daily travel. We’ve been in a retrograde train since December of 2013, with Venus, then Mercury, then Mars, and then Mercury again going retrograde. We’ll finally be out of the woods after the first week of July. You can start to put everything back together that may have fallen apart over the last month, and can feel like life is going a lot smoother now that it has all year. You can have more communications, conversations, share thoughts and ideas, and want to engage with others. Mercury will move into water sign Cancer on July 13th, and you’ll be more reserved in your communications, and focus more on the past, your memories, and how things impact you emotionally. You can sense what other people are feeling when they speak, even if they’re saying the complete opposite thing. You have a harder time with facts and figures, and take things in when they impact you emotionally. Mercury won’t be in Cancer for very long though, quickly moving into fellow fire sign Leo to end the month, on July 31st. Saturn ends his retrograde in Scorpio on July 20th. Over the last few months, you may have had trouble dealing with the serious aspects of your life, or felt that everything weighed on you too much and you couldn’t take it. Now, you can start to wade through all of the seriousness and tackle your problems one at a time, clearing them from your life. This is especially true now because Saturn won’t be in Scorpio for much longer, so you’ll really start to deal with serious issues and work on moving on now.

Uranus turns retrograde in your sign, Aries, on July 21st, and over the next few months, you could feel like your life isn’t changing as quickly as you want it to, or that it’s changing too fast and you have to scramble to keep up. There’s a lot going on in July astrologically! First, Mercury - Mercury was retrograde for the month of June in water sign Cancer and air sign Gemini, but that ends on July 1st, with us being completely out of the woods after the first week of July. A planet is called retrograde when it appears to be moving backward from our view here on Earth, though it isn’t actually moving backward, it just appears that way, and it can throw things off in your life. During the month of June, you likely saw problems come up financially, felt insecure and lacked confidence, had trouble communicating, with technology, travel, or young people. We’ve been in a retrograde train since December of 2013, with Venus, then Mercury, then Mars, and then Mercury again going retrograde. In July, you can start to put everything back together that may have fallen apart over the last month, and can feel like life is going a lot smoother now that it has all year. You can focus on your finances, and get a financial plan together that you’ll stick to, or use technology to make some extra income. You can get financial advice that you should listen to. Your mind moves more like it normally does, and you take your time getting through everything. On July 13th, Mercury moves from Gemini into Cancer, and you have more communications and conversations. Then you started to see problems occur in every facet of life, and you started to feel like everything that could go wrong, did go wrong. This was because Mercury was retrograde for part of this time in your sign. You also may have felt off in general because Mercury is your ruler. Now that the retrograde is over, you can breathe a sigh of relief, you probably more than any other sign since it was a double whammy for you. You start to feel more like yourself, and have a an easier time getting things back on track. You can fix all of the little and big problems that came about in the month of June, and start getting a good rhythm. We have a lot going on for the month of July! We’ll start with Mercury. Mercury was retrograde for the month of June in water sign Cancer and fellow air sign Gemini, but that ends on July 1st, with us being completely out of the woods after the first week of July. A planet is called retrograde when it appears to be moving backward from our view here on Earth, though it isn’t actually moving backward, it just appears that way, and it can throw things off in your life. During the month of June, you may have felt like you didn’t have the time to goof off like you wanted to, were overwhelmed by your work, had problems getting work done and on time, fought with coworkers, left your job, or had too much stress. Now that the retrograde is over, you can get life back on track again. Mercury leaves Gemini and enters Cancer again on July 13th, and you can have many more communications at or about your work. You can use technology more with your work, and this is a good time for you if you’re a writer, speaker, or work in tech or online. You’re more engaged with your coworkers, and you’re willing to do the tasks no one else wants to do. July has a lot in store for us astrologically! To start the month of July, Mercury ends his retrograde in air sign Gemini on the 1st. Mercury was also retrograde in fellow water sign Cancer when it began in June. During the month of June, you may have experienced problems at home or with your family, felt like you didn’t have the time to have fun at all, or took an interest in an old hobby. With the retrograde over, you can settle any problems that came to pass. Mercury will move into Cancer on July 13th, and you don’t want to focus on anything serious. You want to have some fun and be creative. Your artistic side wants to be let out, along with your inner child. You can do good work with creative projects, but struggle with anything else serious. When you speak, you’re loud and boisterous. This is a good time for you if you work in the arts. Mercury won’t be in Cancer for very long though, quickly moving into fire sign Leo to end the month, on July 31st.
