We may strive to make our homes feel more secure, and we can get protection from family. Cancer also rules our homelands, where we're from, so we may also be more protective of the places we came from and our ancestry. Cancer is the bottom of the Zodiac, so we can have some protection when we're starting from zero, getting back to basics, or getting back to our roots. This can be an auspicious time to start something from the ground up, and the foundation you build can be strong.
