Venus and Mars enter Aquarius on the same day this year, March 6th 2022. This kicks us into super Aquarius energy, and we're more unconventional, future-focused, and independent. Aquarius Stellium 2022
Saturn is in Aquarius all of 2022, just as it was for 2021, so that energy continues. Venus and Mars now join Saturn in Aquarius, and this creates a stellium, which is when 3 or more planets are together in one Zodiac sign. Stelliums are concentrated energy, and we've got a lot of them right now (we're coming out of a Capricorn one and we're in a Pisces one on-and-off to May).
Aquarius stelliums focus on Aquarius energy, so we're extra focused on: - the unconventional and different - individuality and nonconformity - independence - the collective - our causes - the future - change - our hopes and dreams Saturn's energy is one of lessons, and we've likely had to learn a lot about these things individually and as a whole. Venus brings some easy energy, and is a pleasant planet, so this can take some of the edge off and we can have an easier time. Mars brings energy and drive, so we're motivated to take action. This can be a big period for changes, and we can go about pursuing them in new, different ways. We can embrace the unconventional if we feel it'll get us closer to the future we dream about. We can pursue our causes, hoping to have a broader, more positive impact on the world. Aquarius is an air sign and rules groups and friendships, so we may want more time with others. Aquarius rules the internet, so this isn't necessarily in-person. Aquarius is a fixed sign and is one of the experts, so we may want to do more research and learn more about various subjects. Aquarius is a ruler of science, so this could be a period for breakthroughs. Aquarius is ruled by Uranus, and Uranus is in Taurus and square, this Aquarius energy. Squares are hard aspects, putting the planets 3 signs apart. This can show we have to make sure we're not being impatient or impulsive, rebelling too much for no good reason, and need to stay open. One other thing to note is Venus and Mars will conjunct in Aquarius, actually right after entering Aquarius on March 6th. Conjunctions mean they come together in the same spot, and Venus conjunct Mars is usually a great time for increased passionate energy in love or creativity.
Aquarius isn't quite so passionate though, so this may be more subdued. We can take a more intellectual approach to romance and creativity, and may go about them in a new, different way. This also brings passion and creativity to Aquarius things, so we can be more passionate and creative about change, the future, individuality, our causes, our dreams, and the unconventional. This conjunction occurs with the two planets at 0 degrees Aquarius. This actually ties into the Great Conjunction of 2020, when Jupiter and Saturn conjuncted on December 21st 2020 at 0 degrees Aquarius. The Great Conjunction occurs roughly every 20 years, and this one was also a Great Mutation (when the conjunction of Jupiter and Saturn shifts sign element; we went from earth signs to now in air signs for the next 200 years). The Great Conjunction is a time of major shifting, though like all major shifts, usually occurs over some time and not right away. The Great Mutation means an entirely new energy dominates for the next two centuries, and with air, this may be more social, engaging, and intellectual. This conjunction between Venus and Mars may tie into the Great Conjunction between Jupiter and Saturn since it's at the same location. There may be some major events that tie into it, perhaps with science and technology, the internet, or something that impacts the masses (all ruled by Aquarius; I write this in December 2021 so it may have already happened by this time this is published in March). Good or bad? Can't say! As a collective, it might be bad, but on an individual level, you can try to use it in your favor. Look for the house location in your natal chart 0 degrees Aquarius falls. The areas of life that house rules can get a real kick of energy now. If you have any bodies at 0 degrees, they get a direct hit as well, and whatever they rule can be top of mind for you now. In general, more monetary value may be placed on our talents, and those of you who make money using your talents may see an increase. It can be an excellent time to turn your talents into something you make money off of, so if it's not something you already do, you may feel the pull to do so with Talent in Taurus, and can have more opportunities for it. Taurus rules the throat, so those of you with a talent for singing, speaking, or otherwise using the throat area can benefit from Talent in Taurus. We may become more interested in these talents, and give people with them more attention. Taurus rules our values, so we may value the talents we have more than usual.
